Testimonies From Gaza

Join us on November 29th at The New Theater, we are thrilled to host the event Testimonies From Gaza.

We are delighted to have with us 3 genocide survivors from Gaza. They moved to Galway recently to study Creative Practice at ATU, in their respective fields, we have:
– Visual Artist Mohammed Elmadhoun
– Storyteller Fatena Abumostafa
– Journalist Abdulrahman Ismail

They will share their lived experience of surviving genocide, resisting colonialism, imperialism and dispossession through their work. The discussion will be moderated by Liz Gilles.

5.30pm-6pm – Music performance by Aziz Abu Shark
